How We Plan Your Event

Discovery call. We ask about your objectives, audience, budget range, and date. This is about understanding the event's purpose before anything gets proposed.

Concept and venue shortlist. We put together two or three venue options along with a rough run-of-show, matched to what you're trying to achieve.

Vendor lock-in. Once you approve the direction, we book AV, catering, staging, and any specialty vendors, then start building the detailed timeline.

A week or two before the event, we run a full rehearsal or walkthrough with every vendor present, checking timing down to individual transitions.
