How We Plan Your Event

Discovery call. We ask about the event itself first, what it's for, how many people, roughly what budget. Catering preferences and dietary restrictions come up here too, early enough that they actually shape the plan.

Concept and vendor shortlist. You get venue options paired with catering choices that actually fit the event's tone and budget. We're not pulling from a standard package and hoping it works.

Tasting and confirmation. For larger events, we arrange a tasting with the shortlisted caterer before anything gets locked in.

Two to three weeks out, we finalize headcounts, menus, and the run-of-show with every vendor, including the kitchen team.

Event day. We manage timing between sessions and service, so food arrives when it should instead of whenever the kitchen happens to be ready.

We don't publish flat pricing because scope varies too widely, a 30-person board lunch and a 500-person conference dinner aren't remotely comparable. Your quote depends on guest count, venue, which caterer you choose from our network, and how much of the broader event you want us managing.
